Jungle Pavilion - Rentals

  • Dimensions of Hall: Length is 109 ft x40ft wide
  • It is $16/person with 100ppl minimum. This includes tables, chairs, buffet table and bar area with a cooler upon request at no extra charge. A manager will be on duty from beginning to end along with a cleaner and a security personnel to patrol the parking lot.
  • We do not provide table cloths, chair covers or any sort of décor. Rental is limited to the facility only.
  • Reservations are three-part; the first day is reserved to allow for setup from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the second day is the actual day of the event, and the third day is the day after the event allowing for cleanup from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

NOTE: Reservation of the Jungle Pavilion for weddings include complimentary beach ceremony. Kukumba Beach remains open to the public until 5:00 p.m. on weekends. Both ceremony and reception can be accommodated in the pavilion. If your event runs past midnight, there is a service charge of $250.00. Final cut-off time is 2:00 a.m.

NOTE: The caterer must be approved by the board before your date can be reserved. A deposit of 50% is required to block out dates. Please ensure that your decorator DOES NOT block air conditioning vents with material and other decor.

Beach - Rentals

  • $12/person
  • Day of event to set up.
  • Everything may be utilised on the beach but swimming area and bar.
  • Manager, security and cleaner will be on duty.
  • If your event runs past midnight, there is a service charge of $250.00.
  • Final cut-off time is 2:00 a.m.

The Street - Rentals

  • $16/person
  • Maximum of 150 persons for cocktail setup.
  • Maximum of 90 persons for dining setup.
  • Includes tables, chairs, bar area, manager on duty, cleaner and security.
  • If your event runs past midnight, there is a service charge of $250.00.
  • Final cut-off time is 2:00 a.m.
